Annual General Meeting – Golf Resort Gut Apeldör AG

Dear Shareholders,

We cordially invite you to the first general meeting of Golf Resort Gut Apeldör gAG. It is a first in Germany that the tax authorities have confirmed the non-profit status of a public limited company operating a golf course, hotel, and restaurant. We are proud to take the next important formal step together. Please find the official invitation attached. If you are interested, the articles of association are now available for inspection at the reception desk in the estate.

The general meeting will take place on March 22 at 2 p.m., following our season-opening tournament, which has already reached a record number of registrations. Accordingly, we will put our entire facility into operation and play the respective winners on BIG APPLE red/yellow/green. Flight requests are welcome. Manfred Rathsack, honorary president and team captain, will kindly take care of assigning the flights to the tees.

In order to comply with the wishes of the tax authorities, we have the task of making minor amendments to the articles of association together. The planned amendments can be found in the agenda. With a less retrospective but much more forward-looking report from the Executive Board, we should be able to close the general meeting on schedule at around 4 p.m.

We have opened PC Caddie for registration for the Annual General Meeting – and are of course also available by phone, email, or in person.

The Apeldör team, management board, and supervisory board are very much looking forward to the start of the 2026 season after a long period of frost, snow, and ice.
