Handling of Expired Coupons

Dear Apeldörer, dear guests,

In recent days, we have frequently encountered vouchers with no serial numbers or expiration dates—some of which appear to be homemade.

New vouchers or existing vouchers with a specific purpose, value, or expiration date are, of course, not affected by this.

Effective immediately, the following old vouchers are invalid, as they had previously become worthless:

Vouchers without a voucher number and/or without a validity date.

This also applies to handwritten vouchers that cannot be found in our PC Caddie system.

Additional handling of existing merchandise and gift certificates and gift cards:

Gift cards in the form of a debit card will be accepted as a courtesy until June 30, 2026. After that date, these cards will also expire. Some cards can already be identified by their sponsors and are more than 10 years old.
