Women's Golf Pink Ribbon 2026

17.07.2026

On July 14, 2026, pink was the color of the day on our course. This marks the fourth time the club has participated in one of Germany’s largest charity golf initiatives: Awareness Deutschland’s nationwide Pink Ribbon Ladies’ Day series sends a powerful message to raise awareness about early detection of breast cancer. From March through October, more than 110 golf clubs across Germany will once again be participating. With their entry fees, participants support the educational efforts of Awareness Deutschland’s die.pink.Charity initiative. The donations benefit, among other things, the Pink Kids project, which supports young people whose parents have cancer.

28 Apeldeern players “raised” a high three-digit donation amount. The ladies had a great time on the golf course in glorious midsummer weather, and our management team, Florian Fleischmann and Manuela Feßler, didn’t hesitate to generously round up the donated amount to €1,001 for this good cause. We’d also like to thank the many helping hands in the office and in the restaurant, and last but not least, the greenkeepers, who made this tournament a very special one for us.
